    Mary Beth Patout a school nurse from Louisiana in USA who has been a regular visitor to Sarnelli House since 2003. Mary Beth helps out with teaching English at Rosario School and wherever there is a need.

Caroline Thibodeaux also from Louisiana arrived with Mary Beth. This was Caroline’s first visit and she helped out with exercises for some of the children with walking difficulties at Sarnelli House.

Two volunteers from the Irish volunteer organization SERVE Pia Janning and Leanne Murray stayed for 1 week and then headed down to Pattaya to complete the rest of their time in Thailand – teaching English and working in an orphanage.

Perrine the supervisor for the SERVE volunteers, stayed for 1 week at Our Lady of Refuge Girls Home and helped out with homework, made puppets with the girls and generally played and lent a helping hand to the staff. The girls were sad to see her go.

Sophie Dinning a nurse from Australia who works in the HIV field and is an old friend of Kate Introna’s stayed for a week and fell in love with the children. She will be back.

Charles Hodgson and his wife Kai are regular visitors; they came via a 6 hour bus journey from Amnatcharoen Province bearing gifts for the children.
